I've been ordering from Napsgear for 2 years now, and I continue to be very pleased. When I order a big ticket item from some place like Amazon, I don't give a second thought to whether or not it will be delivered, and Napsgear has earned that same trust from me. Order after order after order has gone smoothly, to the point that I don't even check the tracking information anymore.
I can't envision a scenario where I would voluntarily use a different vendor.
