Long time naps customer here. I'd like to use this review to highlight their customer service etiquette and response time. I put in my order like I always have, but when it arrived I was missing part of the order. I contacted customer service and an amazing rep named Roxy took care of the issue in a matter of two days. It would have been quicker but I missed some info on my end. This further proves the customer service superiority, as she told me exact what was deficient and what more I needed to send. Anyway, the order has already reshaped, and I couldn't be more pleased with this experience. They took what could've been a loss in trust and made me an even more loyal customer.
