My favorite feature of the site is the money earned through loyalty program. It is a flat cash back- but more importantly it’s the only site that allows you to apply the cash earned on any items on your orders. There is no restriction that stipulate the points can only be used on certain products etc. My second favorite thing is the community- you can ask a question and within a couple hours get a response from users who have first hand experience to help you.
