Naps is consistent and reliable. Products were received within 5 days time. Every lab I have ever used has been quality. This cycle in particular added 20 lbs, approximately 15 lbs of which I was able to retain after the cycle ended. I can not say enough good things. If you are on the fence about trying it, Naps is legit.
