So I order one from the us (Xt-labs) labs and one from international lab(biotec labs) both great and amazing experiences! The shipping was fast and easy! The gear works amazingly, and the customer service was nothing less than top notch! I had a few questions about shipping and location of my gear and they were on point with there answers! Also they answered me super fast with 2-3 hours of me submitting the ticket to be answered! So there were 0 worries on my part the entire time! Also this was my first order so I was alittle nervous that I wouldn’t go through the process correctly, and customer service helped right through it was a great experience all the way around! And I don’t wanna forget to add the prices were on point also! You can’t beat this entire set up! Thanks napsgear for making it so simple and worth it!
