I had purchased some product that had an issue with packaging. I opened a ticket in Napshelp, Michaela Govier reached out to me immediately and within a week I had new product shipped to me at no charge as a replacement. Just unbelievable customer service and Michaela was very responsive, caring and helpful. My new product was packaged perfectly and flawlessly and works great!!!! Thank you Napsgear!!!! I won’t shop anywhere else!!!!
