I have been a customer with Napsgear since May 2024 with 11 orders total. I only had one order that was lost and it was the carrier's fault.
I talked with Randi and Napsgear had me a re-shipment in the mail ASAP.
I definitely recommend these guys; they totally stand behind their service.
Napsgear is awesome to do business with and carry high quality products at very reasonable prices.
