I dont typically write reviews but every once and awhile a company is so stand out that I feel like they truly deserve a positive review! I have been ordering from Napsgear for over 10 years! Never had a problem except one time i received a US Customs seizure letter that they had seized my naps order. I immediately started to sweat and think how i just lost $2000! I emailed Naps's support sent them a copy of the letter. They responded within 4 hours. Long story short. They apologized sent me the order again with express fast shipping bc i received it within 5 days at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! On top of that they also gave me a discount coupon and apologized for the inconvenience even though it had nothing to do with them. In terms of the quality of their gear and pricing, I have never seen better and of course after using it for 10+ years speaks for itself. The conpany is the best of the best. Unbelievable support and products gives this company a 10 out of 10! I wish every company was run like this!! I have attached the email with their reply when my order was seized and they sent a new one for proof!
