I'm glad that Naps is still selling quality products after a few years away. I've never had an issue with the products and anytime there was even a hiccup with my order, the customer service level was almost insane. I don't get treated half as well in brick and mortar stores as I do from an unseen rep from a website. Naps has gotten my loyalty as a customer because of the levels they go to for me and everyone else I've known that's ordered.
