Over the past many years with Naps, I have had 1 billing issue and 2 orders that were lost. For the billing issue, I was offered credit or a substitution of the product, and the lost orders were resent with what appeared to be upgraded shipping. Also, their customer service responded very promptly; I always received a response within 1 business day.
