You also always get a vote on what product is going to be 50% off for the week which is a fabulous perk. There’s also always a top-notch weekend sale of some sort. When it comes to customer service, they reply under 12hrs every time. I’ve had two times where I’ve had to contact them with both times being as smooth as it possibly could be.
