I’ve been ordering from Napsgear for a couple years without any issues. I recently purchased a domestic order of testosterone and tren. I received my order within a week. When I opened the box, I was extremely disappointed and upset. I received the testosterone, but not the tren. I had spent a decent amount of money on this so not only was I out the product, I felt like I was gonna be out of the money that I spent on it as well. I reached out to napsgear immediately and explained the situation. Within 24 hours, I had a response that they were reviewing my issue. I had several follow up communications with napsgear giving me continued reassurance that they would resolve this matter in a timely manner. Within a couple of weeks they had shipped the missing product. Napsgear was so professional throughout this entire unfortunate experience. My immediate initial thought was that they would never resolve the issue, but they sure proved me wrong. Because of this, I will always continue to use Napsgear. I couldn’t be more impressed!
