I’ve been a customer of naps 10 years I’ve had limited issues and problems in the past, and they’ve usually been quick to resolve them. My last order that I made has been nothing but problems as I sit here over two months has gone by with the order there is still no tracking number that’s populated in the system and now they’ve resorted to just absolutely ignoring my attempts to reach them through customer service. I’m about $500 and can’t even get a response from them. This is absolutely ridiculous and not OK.
