Horrible customer service. After placing my order over a month ago I am still missing items!! I have been going back and forth with different customer service reps about a set that was only partially shipped and another item completely missed. For some reason they don’t assign cases to reps so I have had to explain the situation to different reps in EVERY email. It’s been over 2 weeks talking to customer service and I finally received an email stating they will be shipping my last items. I never write reviews, this experience changed that. Complete failure at order accuracy, quality measures, and customer service.
