Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with! I places an order using apple pay (which was set to my old address) I immediately noticed it was going to the wrong address and tried to amend/cancel the order. Their policy is that you can not make any changes to your order even within 30 minutes of placing the order. I tried to email them and received no response, I tried without success to find a customer service number. I tried using the chat function and couldn’t get through to anyone without being booted off the chat. I finally got through using instagram but was informed that they could not amend or cancel my order. The best they could do was try a change of address once it was shipped, with no guarantees it would work. Long story short I may not be able to get my order and will be out the money since I won’t be able to return the items since they are going to my old apartment which I can no longer access.
