Their website didn't apply the discounted express shipping that my order was eligible for. I had selected Express shipping on the check out screen, but as soon as I clicked to submit my order, the confirmation page showed full-priced Standard shipping was applied. I need the item for an event soon so with Standard shipping, it will arrive too late.
I contacted them through text message immediately and they offered no changes or cancellations. They said that the only thing I can do is wait for the item to arrive and return it back, paying another $4 return shipping fee. Also, they won't refund the cost of shipping to me in the first place, with the incorrect shipping speed. I will need to dispute this with my credit card company. I do NOT recommend Nasty Gal.
