I usually like nasty gal brand clothing but I had a terrible experience last time due to the fact they don’t have a 1-800 customer service number I contacted them several times and talked to someone “live” regarding my return.
What happened I returned a matching set item however they returned to one of my debit cards that was currently hacked therefore I connected with them and told them the payment did not go through and they kept replying to me like if I was a robot I connected with them at least 4 times. I lost around $60 which is not a lot but still ver inconvenient situation. If they had a 1-800 customer phone number this would have never happened!
