I purchased an item, it didn't fit so I tried to return it. Their return portal kept giving me an error so I reached out to customer service via Whatsapp/Messsanger (I tried both) and the chat bot sent me in circles. After a week of trying to get a real human, they told me the item was not returnable, which it was and I pointed out their own policy to them. They realized it was and then sent me a link to the return portal, which I already told them sent me into an error loop. As a business owner myself there is one reason this usually happens: 1. The company is on the decline and has no money to restock, have good customer service, etc. I will never shop there again, I've never experienced such bad customer service.
