I ordered a pair of boots which got returned somehow; I’m not really sure what happened but I ended up ordering cheaper ones that I liked better anyway. Then, the new ones came one size bigger than I ordered but they fit perfectly! I love my new (cheap) shoes and the other items on the site. It seems they know me better than I know myself! So thrilled.
