I ordered some clothes about a week ago, paying $14ish for shipping. I got a text a few days later from fedex saying my package would be coming the following day at 10:30am. I waited all day and got no package. When I went on to nastygal that has very poor package tracking, they said it was expected to be delivered, but obviously it hadn't. It's been almost a week and I got an email saying they cancelled my order and are refunding me for the purchase of my clothes, but did not include the price of shipping. I am very frustrated that they said my items had shipped and now they're saying it hasn't and they're cancelling my order without refunding the $14 I spent on shipping. On top of that they don't have a phone number you can call to contact one of their costumer support people. All they have is an email listed. I emailed them with my issue and am hoping to hear back soon.
