I placed an order 3 months ago. I never received an e-mail saying that the order was shipped. On their website they said to expect delays due to COVID-19, so I figured I would be patient given the global pandemic. I reached out this week to inquire as to the status of my order given that I was never informed that the order shipped. They said that without a tracking number they can't help me - EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER. My only option is to dispute the purchase with my credit card company (even though I already paid the bill for this purchase). This is absolutely unacceptable and it looks like I'm not the only person that Nasty Gal has ripped off. They take money, never send you what you pay for, and then refuse to refund you. They should be closed down.
