If I could give NEGATIVE stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! I NEVER complain. EVER. But the quality is honestly, GARBAGE. You could do better in a street market... Spent hours selecting pieces, was so excited, shipping took weeeeeeks, and when I finally received them.. abhorrent quality. Looks NOTHING like the photos. DO NOT waste your money here. I'm not surprised NastyGal has struggled financially. I asked for them to at LEAST compensate my return shipping and detailed my experience and disappointment. I was WILLING to shop again in the future after seeing if they've improved but now that is a flat out NO. They tried to offer me 10.00 off my next purchase but.. CMON really??? 10.00 for this inconvenience is NOTHING, doesnt even cover shipping and I already told them I'm disappointed with their quality. Tone deaf... Customer service 0/10 Quality -10/10 Cost 2/10 Speed -5/10
