This was my first big order from Nasty Gal. I like many others, fell into the hole of buying many items under the assumption that they were having a big sale with big reductions! This led me to believe that the clothes would be at a high quality as the original prices seem to be quite expensive. But, they always seem to have these "sales" on. I was so excited to receive my order, however most of the things that I had ordered looked very unlike the products on the site and the quality was really not great. I was really disappointed to see that the top I was most looking forward to trying on was not in my order and they had sent me an incorrect item. Out of the order I did keep two or three things, but the majority I sent back as the quality of the clothing for the amount that I spent was not great! One of the tops I could not even put on as it had a terrible smell coming from it. I don't know why! I do have to say that the customer service was very helpful - Carrie assisted me with my refund as they missed an item they were supposed to refund me for. It was dealt with promptly and I was refunded right away. I would describe the clothes from here as hit and miss, as the items I kept I really do like. I was also refunded for all of the items I had sent back. I wish this company all the best, but I do think they should consider making all of their items to an equal standard and have the items match the images they advertise on the website.
