You HAVE to look at their sizing system. It'll make your break your order completely. I order from nasty gal all the time and have never had any major issues with my order. Yes, the clothes are more cheaply made, I would compare to an Express or Lulus in terms of quality (Nowhere near as cheap as F21/SHEIN but not as good - consistent- quality as Zara). You also have to keep in mind that they use UK SIZING. Hence why when you order a 6 thinking its a US size it will not fit the same because it is UK sizing!!!!! My orders have always come extremely quickly and I am told their return process is very simple. IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM NASTYGAL: I cannot stress this enough, NEED to check the sizing recommendations for EACH item. I have found them to be extremely accurate and I have a difficult body size to clothe (5'2, 140lbs, short legs). Not sure if all the bad reviews on here are just from people misordering sizes or if they are appalled by the quality. You know what you're getting, like they almost always have some kind of major sale and I never order from them unless there is one. (for instance before sale discounts were added to my last order my total was !!$450!! but after sale it was $150 and I got so many items)
