I have just purchased an outfit on nastygal for the first time, and let me tell you it's gonna be the last.
After 7 days of waiting they processed with the refund (while I didn't ask for anything), and still have to wait another week for my refund and another 3 WEEKS for the shipping costs (12pounds).
Customer service responds fast, but useless af. They almost don't care.
Never again!
