We ordered a beautiful coffee table and, unfortunately, needed to return due to living room spacing issues. The timeliness of the email response was prompt as was the genuine concern for the potential hassle for me to return the table. But, the concern for the postal/delivery workers was above and beyond.
We are thankful for their generosity and commitment to care for their fellow humans during this holiday season and look forward to having the opportunity to purchase more from Nathan James in the future. 10/10 recommend for quality and customer service
