“This was my first time purchasing products from Nathan James and it had been nothing but a great experience. When my order of chairs arrived (notably in a timely manner), there was some confusion on the assembly process as well a defect in one of the chairs. After reaching out to customer support, I was paired with Cami, who is incredibly professional and understanding. She treated my situation with priority and patience, as well as provided a quick and effective solution. Throughout the process, she made frequent check-ins to ensure the offered solution was successful. Overall, Cami went above and beyond to assist me. The company has exceptionally responsive customer service and high quality products. I would highly recommend them to others and I would purchase from them again. Thank you very much Nathan James!”

“We had an issue with our Iris cabinets arriving discolored with black dots, warped pieces, and smudges that wouldn’t come off. While that was disappointing at first, the way Nathan James handled it completely changed the experience. My husband called and spoke to a real person within a minute. Camille was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. She sent us a brand-new set immediately at no extra cost and even let us keep the original cabinets. Her follow-up and communication were top-tier, and it truly shows this company stands behind their products and customers. The cabinets are gorgeous, and the service was exceptional. 10/10 — best customer service ever. Highly recommend!”

“I purchased the Jasper Bookshelf. This is a high quality very stylish piece of furniture that is easy to assemble. During assembly I broke one of the support arms by knocking over the assembly. I called Nathan James, spoke to a helpful live person within 1 minute. He completely shocked me by saying they do not keep individual parts but will ship me an entirely new bookcase at no charge. I was floored by this reply. So often it’s impossible to even reach a live person, but to offer the replace the unit without cost is customer service no longer seen. I highly recommend Nathan James.”

“I received a cabinet that had two right sides (and no left side piece). I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement cabinet. Unfortunately, they don’t stock individual parts, so I had to received a whole kit, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Great customer service!!”

“Customer service is top notch. Real people who care if you are happy. The bar stools I ordered were good quality but the stain color was off compared to my expectation based on the description. They just didn't match my home and I dreaded having to return them. Nathan James customer service agents refunded my order and I am donating the stools to habitat for humanity. I would not hesitate to order again from this site. You don't find that type of service anywhere else. Impressive!”

“I ordered a set of counter chairs, the delivery was quick in about couple days. Unfortunately didn’t work for us. The chairs was to low for my island. I would say it was easier to return just shipped back and about a month I got my refund. It’s was a good service, thanks”

“I’ve ordered multiple pieces from Nathan James. Barstools, a dining room set, and a bookshelf and I’m honestly so impressed. Everything has been great quality and looks even better in person. When one of my barstools arrived missing hardware, I reached out and they immediately sent what I needed with no hassle. Then a few weeks later I got an unexpected delivery of a box of chocolates with an apology note. That level of care is rare these days. Their customer service is truly unmatched, and I’ll definitely keep ordering from them. Oh, and I can’t forget the extremely fast shipping!!”

“Camille gave me amazing customer service as I was having troubles with delivery. She took initiative and made sure I got my product to my home, and installed. The desk (parker) is a very nice piece of furniture and looks sleek! It’s definitely a piece you can re-purpose all around the house, if you’re into woody, warm, forest themed decor in your household. The packaging the desk came in was very good at protecting the desk, FEDEX banged up the box pretty well, but the actual desk was pristine, packed in with styrofoam blocks and styrofoam scratch protection sheets. No tools required for installation.”

“The customer service at this company goes above and beyond the normal standards these days! I had to wait for a new shelf while the one they sent had a broken piece. They sent me a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. What a thoughtful and personal touch. I will shop from them again because of this. I will recommend them as well.”
