Ordered 3 of the cabinets to be used as a media center for my daughter’s new apartment. Arrived in 3 separate boxes, with one of them being gouged open in an area where the wood was scratched beneath the cardboard. Contacted customer service, and sent photos of the damage. Nathan James customer service emailed the next day that they were shipping a new replacement cabinet right away, and not to worry about shipping the gouged cabinet back to them. Talk about awesome service! Wow. Totally unexpected and very appreciated. Daughter loves the media center too!
