“Overall happy with 3 Kova Sideboard cabinets. The style and look are exactly what I was hoping for. The doors are a challenge to get straight. We are still tweaking one of them to get it right so patience is key. Otherwise, relatively easy to assemble. One sideboard has a defect on the front top piece of material so I am waiting to hear back from customer service with the hope of just replacing that piece. For the price, we are happy.”

“The piece was well made and easy to assemble. I was disappointed at the overall size. The actual dimensions were given but combined with deceiving pictures it was hard the visualize until assembled.”

“The shelves are ok. I compared them to a very similar product my friend purchased on Amazon for $20 cheaper and they look very similar. Easy to assemble, arrived pretty quickly after ordering. UPDATE: Just wanted to share that the customer service team reached out to me to see how they could address the issues I had with the product. Very helpful and understanding and had a great experience with them. Would increase my rating for customer service, something you likely would not get shopping on Amazon. An important difference for me.”

“I wanted counter stools that would fit under the counter but yet match with my color scheme. I bought the grey stools with white finish. These were perfect for my space; however, I took one star off because of the design. Some of the pegs in the legs are not completely flushed, leaving some gapping, and wobbling that I had to correct for one of the legs. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.”

“I originally purchased my coffee table thru Amazon and it came with a bit of damage on the wood. I contacted Nathan James customer service and they did a great job responding quickly with my options for resolution. I really would have preferred either a replacement part or a 50% refund (thinking if I keep this piece it'll be in my living room for years to come, 50% seemed fair). They offered either a whole new table or 25% so I took the new table. Now I have to figure out what to do with 2 coffee tables. I still rate them good considering their responsiveness. And the table is attractive, just like the photos.”

“Looks nice and quality is decent for the price. I really like the modern design too. Taking one star off due to poor assembling instructions, they’re fun and different but don’t serve the purpose. I messed up on the top part and because of that and unclear instructions spent longer than expected in getting this stand together.”

“My media console is beautiful! It does take some steps to but together but it isn't too bad. When I had an issue the customer service was AMAZING. They are truly the best part of my experience and will lead me to buy from here again/suggest it to others.”

“Superb design plus good value materials and quality means we’ve now added three beautiful stylish pieces to our homes at an affordable price. We’d hope to spend more on furniture after our gut remodel in Palm Springs but inflation and high demand for service providers took a toll. After a marathon of “value” shopping I found Nathan James and achieved the style and function I wanted for considerably less than you’d think by looking at my new pieces. All were shipped with care, easy to assemble and were more than satisfied!”

“The shelves themselves are great and very easy to assemble. The sheet rock mounting hardware was trash and went right through the wall even when following instructions. I got my own instead.”
