The shelves are ok. I compared them to a very similar product my friend purchased on Amazon for $20 cheaper and they look very similar. Easy to assemble, arrived pretty quickly after ordering.
UPDATE: Just wanted to share that the customer service team reached out to me to see how they could address the issues I had with the product. Very helpful and understanding and had a great experience with them. Would increase my rating for customer service, something you likely would not get shopping on Amazon. An important difference for me.
