I purchased the Wood & Rattan Large Console Table Oak. One thing that they do not mention on the description page is that this requires 4 HOURS of assembly. This is stated as soon as you open up the assembly instructions. The quality and process is exactly like IKEA. Definitely not worth the money or hassle. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 nightstands. An hour into assembly realized it had the wrong parts. 2 bottoms and no top. So the top would be full of holes. Opened the second to check, same thing. Garbage. They’re sending 2 more but I have zero confidence they’ll be correct. So I’ll have a garbage can full with 4 Nathan James nightstands.

I bought 4 counter stools from this website and I left bad leaving them 1 star review for advertising one thing and selling another, so I left them 3 stars BUT they did bot accept my review. They only accept good reviews, so don’t bother leaving anything below 4 stars. That’s why it looks like they only sell food stuff. The chairs were gray with brushed nickel frame but instead I got very low quality olive color and painted gray frame. It took me 2 hours exactly to assemble 2 chairs & I didn’t even bother assembling other 2. The holes where nails go are off by 1” or so and I was struggling so hard to pull the frame to make it connect. I ended up damaging one of nails (it wouldn’t screw anymore because of that and there were no extra nails like all furniture has from other places). Little pieces around holes were not straight and poorly attached, they were sticking out to different sides. When assembled the chairs made sounds all time like it’s breaking. I weigh 140 lbs and i was afraid to land on floor. The chairs were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I ended up donating these and losing money. They advertise on website their stuff is easier to assemble than IKEA..WRONG. I bought nightstands beds chairs cabinets from IKEA and the longest any of their products took me 40 mins if that. I went to Wayfair and paid same price for different chairs that took 5 mins to assemble cuz the quality was so good. In conclusion, Nathan James sites sells very low quality products and overpriced for that poor quality. Save yourself a headache and go to another store, unless you wanna waste hours assembling simple chair only so it would go into trash. It will not last long.

Website wasn’t up to date, couldn’t fulfill my order. I had to reach out for an update after two weeks of no contact and they told me that they were out of stock. doubt I’ll order from them again.

The coffee table and end table look nothing like what advertised. They are bright white and marbled and in the ad they look like a much more subtle marble. I do not like them at all.

terrible. You sent me extra items that I did not request because their website is. I have two boxes that came in we're not open waiting to go out and you've been back-and-forth with me on emails giving me the runaround, to reach your team and get this label for me. At the label never comes. It feels as if you're just waiting for me to forget about the return. I've never had a more difficult time returning.

I bought a Scandinavian TV stand. The instructions weren’t clear. Some of the pieces don’t line up and a screw was missing. It ended up breaking. And then the no hassle customer service that you’re supposed to get, I got an email asking me to click a link after I already sent in proof of purchase. I’m not clicking any links after I’ve already sent you proof. Never again with this company. Since they’re not going to do their part with integrity I just glued and screwed it back together myself.

Bar cart came completely scratches up. Side table doesn’t even remotely resemble the one I ordered. Completely beyond disappointed

DO NOT order through Nathan James!! I ordered a product and was estimated a delivery to be 9 days there after. I was checking the status and never saw any updates just that the label was created. The delivery date rolls around and the status changes to pending so naturally I tried reaching out to the company. It has been 10 DAYS since I tried reaching customer service and have received ZERO RESPONSE. Their text option replies hi and then does not actually do anything. Their phone number rings and places you on hold and after a certain amount of time it times you out and hangs up on you. They do not respond to emails. It is bu far the worst customer service I have dealt with because they simply just don’t respond to you!!! It is one thing to have a product delivery delayed, it is completely unacceptable to not deliver the product and go over 2 weeks of without communication. THE WORST PART is I even received an email asking “how we did” !!! Save yourself the heartache and headache.

I’m so disappointed in this product! It is poorly made. I’m trying to return it & have little to no luck with customer service. Would NOT recommend buying from them unless you want to be out your money!

I was sent the wrong products. After I reached out, customer service said they will send me a replacement, but ghosted me after that. I'm pretty sure they are a scam company, who charge you $100 for a product and send you a $30 wrong product instead. BUYERS BEWARE!

We ordered the Doxa coffee table and it arrived with the wood portion having several dents, chips, and the wood covering is peeling off in one corner. All in all, the quality is quite disappointing. We've emailed customer service several times to see if we could get a replacement, and no response for over a week. Overall very disappointing experience, I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this company.
