“We ordered a two-pack of the credenza. It is pretty, however one of the doors arrived with visible damages (both water and scratches). We contacted customer support immediately to request they send a spare door to replace the damaged one. They claimed the furniture "is still functional" and therefore could only give us a discount but could not send a new door. Quite frankly, we just wanted a new door and now we cant return because we got rid of the initial packaging. Furniture is pretty but not sure the price matches the quality and customer service.”

“Be aware that the color of the Dark Acacia Boho cabinet is much lighter in person than what is shown in the pictures. Also the off gassing from the product once removed from packaging had me sick for 24 hours.”

I’m so sorry to hear that the color wasn’t what you expected and that the off-gassing caused discomfort. While a light “new furniture smell” is typical, it should fade within about two weeks. “I requested a refund. This was done on 11/19/2022. RMA IN1NOWHV I have not received a response. I have gone ahead and ordered two bookcases in a lighter color and wanted a return and refund for this first order. SW Response to questions below - not certain about a recommendation, depends on how the returns process goes. Did I pay for the return? I don't know yet. I am awaiting a response.”

“The stools look nice and are pretty comfortable, but they are very wobbly. We’ve only had them a couple of months and they’ve been tightened once already since putting them together and it needs to be done again.”

“Stools look great but only 2 of 4 could be put together. Holes were stripped and rust fell out of the tubes during assembly. Don’t recommend”
