I requested a refund. This was done on 11/19/2022. RMA IN1NOWHV I have not received a response. I have gone ahead and ordered two bookcases in a lighter color and wanted a return and refund for this first order. SW Response to questions below - not certain about a recommendation, depends on how the returns process goes. Did I pay for the return? I don't know yet. I am awaiting a response.
