“The best customer service I have received from a company”

“5 stars for Nathan James customer service. I had some intial issues and concerns with these stools. Amanda at Customer Service reached out and was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, patient and professional. There was an issue with 2 of the stool's cross bar foot rests which I was able to correct with her patient guidance. Initially I felt the cushions were a bit too firm but they are softening and becoming more comfortable. These look great in my kitchen. I would call these more suede than faux leather as an FYI”

“Absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service from Nathan James! From the moment we reached out, Stephanie took incredible care of us every step of the way. We had a few defects on some of the pieces we ordered, and not only did Nathan James make it right immediately—they went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Stephanie personally followed up multiple times via text (yes, a real person!), keeping us informed and making the process smooth and stress-free. She was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. And just when we thought we couldn’t be more impressed… a month later, we received a surprise package in the mail—chocolates from Nathan James! Who does that?! We were absolutely speechless. This is hands down the best customer care we’ve ever experienced. We are forever fans and will always be returning customers. Thank you, Nathan James (and thank you especially, Stephanie!)—you’ve truly set the gold standard.”

“Nathan James has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely want their customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. I had an issue with a cabinet I got delivered and they made it right. In the meantime, they also sent chocolates with a note thanking me for my patience as they fixed the situation. I was pleasantly shocked and I recommend this company to anybody 100x over. I’m also so in love with my cabinets they are beautiful!”

“I am beyond impressed with my experience with Nathan James furniture! I recently purchased a bench and table, and while I did encounter an issue with the table, the level of customer service I received was exceptional. Nathan James truly stands behind their products. After I sent in a few pictures and detailed the issue, they quickly shipped me a brand new replacement at no extra charge! What really sets them apart is that I didn’t have to return the damaged table. Repacking and shipping such a large item would have been incredibly difficult, but they made the entire process so much easier. I was even able to keep some of the parts of the table, either to use as replacements or to donate or dispose of. The support team was also outstanding. I used their chat feature, and Claire, the representative, was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. She kept the conversation focused and helped me find the best resolution in no time. A huge shout-out to Claire for her expertise and excellent customer service! Nathan James has earned a lifelong customer with their solid products and top-notch support. I can’t recommend them enough! THANK YOU CLAIRE FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT.....”

“We recently purchased two products from Nathan James – barstools and bookcases – and we couldn’t be happier! The quality of both items is beyond amazing. They arrived exactly as described on the website, with the color matching perfectly. Each piece was incredibly easy to assemble, and the craftsmanship is outstanding, especially considering the reasonable pricing and frequent sales. The delivery was quick, and we were impressed by the durability and design of the items. We are already planning to make future purchases from Nathan James and have recommended their products to friends and family. While one of the bookcases arrived with a slight scuff on a shelf, I reached out to their customer service, and Susana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was prompt in responding to my inquiry and offered several options to resolve the issue. “I am extremely impressed with the customer service experience with Nathan James. Yes, this is a customer and not a premade review by someone associated with the company. I ordered 4 stools and had some damage. I received a credit and a new stool-both! The customer service agent, Jane, followed up every step of the way. She notified me of the delay in the additional stool, then alerted me that it was shipping and then finally confirmed with me the arrival of this extra stool. In today's retail environment you don't ever receive such attentiveness. Very impressive. Someone is paying attention to their customers. I will order again from Nathan James.”

“I'm 76 years old which has no relevance other than I have bought from and dealt with many companies over the years. My transaction with Nathan James was beyond exceptional and worth a 5 star ++ rating. The bookcase I ordered arrived in good shape but had a scratch on one of the shelves. I contacted your company to determine how to return the shelf for a replacement. I was told a new bookcase would be sent free of charge with no need to send back the one I had!!! Holy Moly! We were delighted with all aspects of this purchase: delivery and follow up, customer service, price point, quality of bookcase, and easy to follow assembly directions. I will not hesitate to recommend Nathan James to others!”
