I am extremely impressed with the customer service experience with Nathan James. Yes, this is a customer and not a premade review by someone associated with the company. I ordered 4 stools and had some damage. I received a credit and a new stool-both! The customer service agent, Jane, followed up every step of the way. She notified me of the delay in the additional stool, then alerted me that it was shipping and then finally confirmed with me the arrival of this extra stool. In today's retail environment you don't ever receive such attentiveness. Very impressive. Someone is paying attention to their customers. I will order again from Nathan James.
