“It wasn't easy to find pendant lights for my new kitchen, so when I saw these at Nathan James, I ordered them right away. Shipping was quick and I was able to install them easily. I like that the height is adjustable, and the big glass domes make a nice statement. Among other things, I've worked as a professional photographer, so I took a couple of images of them in the new kitchen.”

“I did a Google search for stools for our island and Nathan James came up. They were new to me and when I saw the stools they had I was a happy customer. The stools are super comfy and look fantastic in our modern farmhouse kitchen. My husband and I are really happy with our purchase. Thank you, Nathan James, for carrying quality products!”

“This company’s customer service is absolutely fabulous! I had a problem with one of my cabinets and they immediately sent me a brand new one free of charge and did not require me to send the damaged one back. I highly recommend buying from their wonderful company!”

“I ordered barstools from Nathan James and discovered they are not the perfect size for my kitchen island. I contacted the customer service as I was willing to exchange the products with the ones that would fit my island area. The customer service representative, Melanie, did a wonderful job helping me out and offering me free replacement of the desired products, without the hassle of returning the original items back. Melanie was so helpful and supportive throughout the process. Nathan James even sent us chocolate as an appreciation for being their customers. It was my first time experience buying Nathan James products. I absolutely loved their chic elegant products as well as their customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.”

“1st of all the furniture they sell is beautiful, high quality, and VERY easy to put together. Plus their prices are very affordable, it's a win win! Unfortunately, the piece I bought didn't fit my space how I expected, so I reached out and their customer service team was amazing to work with. Very kind, understanding, and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend! 10/10!”

“Purchased 4 Hylie counter-height stools with grey faux leather saddle seats. The assembly was quick: all parts were organized; instructions well thought-out and the only tool I needed was a screwdriver. These are much higher quality than anything else I've seen in furniture stores around here. The seat is hard, so it seems like they will hold up well (as opposed to softer cushions that start to sag after some wear). I would order directly from this nj website if I were to order again, as Amazon sent a wrong color chair, so I had to return that and order one directly from nj. It arrived quickly and the price was better than what I had paid at Amazon! If I can add photos later I will - I'll need to get into my son's townhouse to do that - but I wanted to submit this review, as I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and price of the products we received.”

“By far the best customer service I have ever received, and I will be shopping for all of my home needs here before I do anywhere else! Susana specifically was so great when helping with the order of my coffee table. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, and she helped change it in no time. “After searching months for a light that would work in the kitchen the perfect light has been found. I purchased the - Vincent Pendant Light Fixture | Hanging Light | Clear Glass Shade - Rising Sun Black. Sadly the light fixture arrived and the delicate glass was broken. I emailed Nathan James and provided a picture. I received an email that someone will reach out, but will be a week or so. Kinda stressed me out as I needed to get a light installed, but appreciated that they communicated with me that-hey we seen this, your not being ignored, we're just busy. Once I did receive word back on the broken glass it was that they had already shipped out a new light. Now installed, works and looks beautiful. Just what I have been searching for.”
