“I have been working as a designer and architect for decades, and I found the Nathen James products I ordered to be of very solid quality, and they were delivered quite promptly... Further, when I had an issue with a hardware packet that was missing from one of my items and called to get what I needed, they fixed the problem quickly and with follow-up. They stand behind their product, and that is critically important.”

“I've only ordered once but it was a great experience. Price was great (6-tier ladder bookshelves) and was very good quality. Don't have any feedback on customer service as I never had to contact them, but delivery was pretty quick and communication was good. I'm a fan!”

“I was hesitant about ordering furniture online but took a chance. I am so glad that I did! I was so impressed with the quality of the merchandise and absolutely effortless install. “Quality products and return process was easy when I measured wrong and one of the shelves didn’t fit. Also appreciate that I was refunded when my return was picked up by fed ex and I didn’t have to wait for it to be returned back to NJ.”

“I absolutely LOVE my table. I was looking for something small and mighty for my living room. It takes up small amount of space but makes big impacts to the room. Very easy to put together and it only took maybe 10 mins to complete.”
