While they look nice and customer service was great, the drawers are really hard to open. They get jammed. Additionally, the drawers only come out 3/4 of the way making it hard to get things out of the drawers especially if you’re looking at an item towards the bottom. Extremely disappointed. I see many frustrations in the future. Was looking for something spacious and functional and got just the opposite.

Bought four Theo bookcases. The powder coat white is pretty fragile. Scratches easily. The shelf veneer is pretty nice. The single screws make it such that the carrying capacity is pretty small. The worst part of these are the stiles and mounting holes. The holes are blocked by the vertical stile of the shelf. That means you have to angle your screwdriver to put in the mounting screws. They even tell you this in the instructions instead of just fixing the problem. Except the plastic toggle drywall anchor they give you requires the screw to be put in straight. So you end up missing the far end of the anchor and the screw free spins in the wall. A right angle driver is the solution. This is a common problem in furniture and easily solved. It made a nice bookshelf really frustrating to install.

The furniture dis not line up with what I saw in the picture. Very disappointed as it took me hours to put the units together and side by side they don’t look like a single unit as shown in the pictures. That being said, support was great in helping remedy a cracked drawer but the main issue was not fixed as I imagine there is no easy fix. Units are beautiful but don’t get mistaken into buying two thinking they will look like one single unit side by side as the pictures as misleading.

I ordered two pieces for my living room: the Izsak Media Console and the Theo Ladder Bookcase (5-Shelf). I'm thrilled with the pieces' look; they were easy to assemble. I'm giving 3-stars instead of 5 because the console arrived damaged. I have attached the photos. Other than the damaged pieces, I'm happy with my purchase.

so the end product looks OK however putting it together took about 10 hours rather than 70 minutes your instructions are trying to be funny but I would rather real instructions one of the boards turned out backwards because it didnt fit fit the correct way In the top left door was left off because it didn’t fit then while I was building it some of the pieces knocked over and the wood is so cheap that it cracked I would rather real instructions than telling me to order a pizza

The pieces are cute and the delivery was fast. I was disappointed in the quality of the pieces and the lack of thought in how they go together. I’m not anticipating these pieces lasting very long

Quality is ok, but the shelves should be anchored in two spots to avoid any front/back wiggling. The shelves were advertised as "oak" and showed up as a grayish/brownish color - not really happy with that.

Decent-priced furniture but instructions are not clear, they should have a video on how to set up. The quality is average, you get what you pay for.

Excellent price. Beautiful design. Quality of materials for my product (nightstand) don’t hold up unfortunately. One glass of cool water left bubbles and thin paint/wood/mdf chipped in the corner after removing a baby corner protector. As long as you use a coaster and are aware of this, the pieces stand nice in a room.

Much cheaper looking in person. Rattan was scratched and the screws didn’t line up with the holes so I was unable to put it together completely

We like the stools, ordered 4 and received 3 in staggaged deliveries, we're still waiting on our 4th stool with no estimated delivery; it may have been lost in transit. Stools went together as advertised. One stool needed a little muscling as holes didn't line up on swivel mount. Other than this, we like the stools, picture is representative of actual stool. Great buy for the money.

I finally put the shelving together and some of the wood pieces are scratched/scuffed up. I installed it as I don't have the patience to hassle with exchanges. Overall, I like the style but underwhelmed by the quality.

I love the unit however one of the shelf “arms” doesn’t lay flesh to the wall like the arm is bent a bit so I can’t install it. So it’s just laying up against the wall on the floor. And it would cost too much to return it.
