“This is my first experience with Nathan James and definitely won't be my last. They got exceptional customer service and amazing people working over there. I bought a table and had a minor issue with it. As soon as I told them about the issue, they helped me all the way to making sure that I received the replacement and making sure nothing was wrong with it. I dealt with Angel from customer service and she is by far the best customer service rep that I have experience. Trust me, I have bought from top brands with so called exceptional customer service. Thank you and hope to spread the word.”

“Customer service was extremely polite and helpful, I had a small issue with my product from an Amazon order & the Nathan James associate reached out to me and did more than necessary to make things better. “I have never experienced better customer service than I have with Nathan James. Angel, specifically is the reason why I went from a curious customer to a lifelong advocate for Nathan James. She was so kind and helpful, and exceeded every expectation I had. She answered my questions promptly and did everything she could to put a smile on my face and I am so grateful. Also, Nathan James has insanely fast shopping and gorgeous pieces of furniture. 15/10 could recommend. Making a second purchase as I type.”

“What an awesome experience! I called to inquire about part that went missing on a table that I ordered about 20 months ago and they sent me a few replacements quicky, at no charge. As of that didn't impress me enough, they sent me Godiva chocolates as a thank you for my patience. I thought their service was highly responsive and quick before getting the chocolate! Top notch product and customer service exceeded my expectations!”

“Wow! I am really amazed by the quality of this shelf. Most other websites would have this shelf listed for at least twice the price. It was packaged very well. Assembly was easy. I did it myself in a few minutes. I did need help to hang it in the wall because of the weight and needing to get it on the keyhole hangers. I am brainstorming areas in my house to put a second!”

“I recently had an excellent experience with Nathan James. When I accidentally broke the glass globes in a light fixture I purchased from them, their team went above and beyond. As they don't offer replacement parts currently, they surprised me by sending an entirely new light fixture. Their generosity didn't stop there; they even followed up with a small gift of chocolates. I'm truly amazed by their exceptional customer service and will definitely make Nathan James my go-to for home shopping. Their attention to customers is outstanding, and I highly recommend them.”

“I'm so impressed Nathan James' products. They are thoughtfully designed and well-made and the prices are great! On top of that, their customer service is out of this world. I can't remember if I've ever received so much care and consideration from a company. I'm absolutely blown away, so I've been recommending them to everyone I know. There was a little problem with one of the shelves I received, so I emailed their customer service. I thought it would take at least several days for me to get any kind of response or assistance, so I left town for the rest of the week and didn't check my email. Claire had immediately responded, and made sure that the issue was resolved. I returned home from my trip to find a new replacement already at my door. Claire had done all the work for me, and I didn't have to go through call after call or email after email to get some kind of a resolution. Nathan James is a keeper for me, and I will continue to buy their products and support them.”

“I ordered barstools from Nathan James and discovered they are not the perfect size for my kitchen island. I contacted the customer service as I was willing to exchange the products with the ones that would fit my island area. The customer service representative, Melanie, did a wonderful job helping me out and offering me free replacement of the desired products, without the hassle of returning the original items back. Melanie was so helpful and supportive throughout the process. Nathan James even sent us chocolate as an appreciation for being their customers. It was my first time experience buying Nathan James products. I absolutely loved their chic elegant products as well as their customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.”

“I bought 4 counter stools from this website and I left bad leaving them 1 star review for advertising one thing and selling another, so I left them 3 stars BUT they did bot accept my review. They only accept good reviews, so don’t bother leaving anything below 4 stars. That’s why it looks like they only sell food stuff. The chairs were gray with brushed nickel frame but instead I got very low quality olive color and painted gray frame. It took me 2 hours exactly to assemble 2 chairs & I didn’t even bother assembling other 2. The holes where nails go are off by 1” or so and I was struggling so hard to pull the frame to make it connect. I ended up damaging one of nails (it wouldn’t screw anymore because of that and there were no extra nails like all furniture has from other places). Little pieces around holes were not straight and poorly attached, they were sticking out to different sides. When assembled the chairs made sounds all time like it’s breaking. I weigh 140 lbs and i was afraid to land on floor. The chairs were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I ended up donating these and losing money. They advertise on website their stuff is easier to assemble than IKEA..WRONG. I bought nightstands beds chairs cabinets from IKEA and the longest any of their products took me 40 mins if that. I went to Wayfair and paid same price for different chairs that took 5 mins to assemble cuz the quality was so good. In conclusion, Nathan James sites sells very low quality products and overpriced for that poor quality. Save yourself a headache and go to another store, unless you wanna waste hours assembling simple chair only so it would go into trash. It will not last long.”

“Amazing customer service in addition to beautiful products. I had ordered a media unit from them and it had a small scratch on the top, they immediately replaced the whole unit without question. Super happy to support a small business and will be back for more :)”

“The customer service was frankly the best I have experienced. One month into ownership I noted a flaw. There was a ripple that was not apparent in certain lighting. Once I rotated the table to better show off the nesting feature, it was clearly visible. I reached out and received a prompt response. I sent photos upon request and Cameron agreed to send a replacement right away. He send two more emails. One to confirm my address and the other to provide the tracking number. It arrived within a week and is in perfect condition. I assume flawed goods is a rare occurrence because Cameron was far more concerned with the integrity of the company, furniture quality, and customer satisfaction than he was about the cost associated with the replacement process. I learned years ago that it is not so much what went wrong with a customer, it is how you follow up. Nathan James Home Furnishings is a company I will definitely recommend and likely seek to buy from again.”
