I'm so impressed Nathan James' products. They are thoughtfully designed and well-made and the prices are great! On top of that, their customer service is out of this world. I can't remember if I've ever received so much care and consideration from a company. I'm absolutely blown away, so I've been recommending them to everyone I know. There was a little problem with one of the shelves I received, so I emailed their customer service. I thought it would take at least several days for me to get any kind of response or assistance, so I left town for the rest of the week and didn't check my email. Claire had immediately responded, and made sure that the issue was resolved. I returned home from my trip to find a new replacement already at my door. Claire had done all the work for me, and I didn't have to go through call after call or email after email to get some kind of a resolution. Nathan James is a keeper for me, and I will continue to buy their products and support them.
