The customer service was frankly the best I have experienced. One month into ownership I noted a flaw. There was a ripple that was not apparent in certain lighting. Once I rotated the table to better show off the nesting feature, it was clearly visible. I reached out and received a prompt response. I sent photos upon request and Cameron agreed to send a replacement right away. He send two more emails. One to confirm my address and the other to provide the tracking number. It arrived within a week and is in perfect condition. I assume flawed goods is a rare occurrence because Cameron was far more concerned with the integrity of the company, furniture quality, and customer satisfaction than he was about the cost associated with the replacement process. I learned years ago that it is not so much what went wrong with a customer, it is how you follow up. Nathan James Home Furnishings is a company I will definitely recommend and likely seek to buy from again.
