“Nathan James & their team is absolutely amazing! I ordered 2 pieces. The sea grass wall book shelves & the sea grass arched tv console. I accidentally shipped the items to the wrong address & Amanda was an all star at assisting me. On top of the customer service being phenomenal, the products are SO GOOD TOO! 10/10”

“I had purchased a set of nightstands a while back and finally unpacked them to install; to my misfortune, one of the nightstands was missing a piece. I contacted customer support, and KC very quickly responded to me. They were extremely helpful in finding a solution to my missing parts problem, even with my particular model of nightstand being limited edition. This whole experience could have easily become a nightmare of frustration, but thanks to KC, it ended up being an incredibly positive one!”

“Super easy purchase. Shipping was smoking fast. Stools are good quality, sturdy, and look great. Easily assembled and make sure to wait to tighten everything once you get them together. This helps to prevent them being wobbly by cranking down one side unevenly. Here's the amazing part. When chairs arrived they had a couple little issues here and there. I reached out to customer service on a weekend when they were closed and they promptly returned a text on Monday morning as soon as they opened up. They were quick to figure out what the issue was and resolve it. I don't know if they do this for everyone but they sent me all new stuff at no charge and gave me an Amazon gift card for the hassle. I've never had a better experience with customer service of any business I've done business with.”

“The chairs are absolutely beautiful and such good quality!! We had an issue where our package came with the wrong/missing part and it was so easy to get ahold of a customer service rep over text message. They were super nice and sent us a replacement chair immediately and didn’t require us to ship anything back!! 10/10 quality and customer service. I would purchase more furniture from here!”

“Nathan James’ customer service is beyond fabulous! I had a chair delivered which was damaged on arrival. Within a month, another one broke from the same order. The customer service rep, Ben was so kind and insured I had a wonderful replacement within days, communicated throughout the entire process, and even followed up after the parcel was received. I will always purchase future furniture items from this company…well done!!!”

“I’m writing this to give Nathan James an amazing customer happiness review. I ordered four Cohan counter height stools and the are beautiful! However, one had a damaged leg and I called to see if the leg could be replaced. I spoke to Amanda and she was so nice and promptly processed a replacement for me! I have never had such a pleasant interaction with customer service! She was so nice and committed to making sure customers are happy and satisfied! Thank you Nathan James for standing behind your products and for the beautiful quality of your items! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!”

“I ordered a set of rattan and metal club chairs made by Nathan James through Bed, Bath & Beyond. When the chairs arrived, the rattan on one of them had unraveled. I called the number on the paperwork that came with the chairs and got a REAL LIVE PERSON! I was shocked! No recordings! Anyhow, the gentleman was so helpful and knowledgeable about Natham James and their policies. He told me that he would have a replacement chair sent immediately and it arrived less than a week later. The chairs are gorgeous - I also bought the matching loveseat by Nathan James through BB&B. They look fabulous on our lanai! And if that weren't enough, they sent me a small box of chocolates to say thanks for my patience as they straightened out everything. It actually arrived on my birthday (today), so the thought was extra sweet! I plan on sticking with Nathan James. We'll be shopping for a sofa and chairs soon, and I wouldn't go anyplace else - not when you receive customer service like this! Bravo, Nathan James!”

“Nathan James has been the best to deal with during our house renovation. The Cohen stools are beautiful. Great quality for a great price. The customer service is the BEST! We had an issue with one of the stools and we were sent a replacement and multiple email check-ins from Esme. I will always shop here.”
