I had purchased a set of nightstands a while back and finally unpacked them to install; to my misfortune, one of the nightstands was missing a piece. I contacted customer support, and KC very quickly responded to me. They were extremely helpful in finding a solution to my missing parts problem, even with my particular model of nightstand being limited edition. This whole experience could have easily become a nightmare of frustration, but thanks to KC, it ended up being an incredibly positive one!
