I’m writing this to give Nathan James an amazing customer happiness review. I ordered four Cohan counter height stools and the are beautiful! However, one had a damaged leg and I called to see if the leg could be replaced. I spoke to Amanda and she was so nice and promptly processed a replacement for me! I have never had such a pleasant interaction with customer service! She was so nice and committed to making sure customers are happy and satisfied! Thank you Nathan James for standing behind your products and for the beautiful quality of your items! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!
