I'm 76 years old which has no relevance other than I have bought from and dealt with many companies over the years. My transaction with Nathan James was beyond exceptional and worth a 5 star ++ rating. The bookcase I ordered arrived in good shape but had a scratch on one of the shelves. I contacted your company to determine how to return the shelf for a replacement. I was told a new bookcase would be sent free of charge with no need to send back the one I had!!! Holy Moly! We were delighted with all aspects of this purchase: delivery and follow up, customer service, price point, quality of bookcase, and easy to follow assembly directions.
