Nathan James has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely want their customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. I had an issue with a cabinet I got delivered and they made it right. In the meantime, they also sent chocolates with a note thanking me for my patience as they fixed the situation. I was pleasantly shocked and I recommend this company to anybody 100x over. I’m also so in love with my cabinets they are beautiful!
