“I have never experienced better customer service than I have with Nathan James. Angel, specifically is the reason why I went from a curious customer to a lifelong advocate for Nathan James. She was so kind and helpful, and exceeded every expectation I had. She answered my questions promptly and did everything she could to put a smile on my face and I am so grateful. Also, Nathan James has insanely fast shopping and gorgeous pieces of furniture. 15/10 could recommend. Making a second purchase as I type.”

“We ordered chairs from NJ. They were easy to assemble and beautiful. However, they just didn’t look right with my table. I was able to return them easily and for a full refund! I was blown away how easy the made the process. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Next time I am shopping for furniture, I will go here first!”

“What an awesome experience! I called to inquire about part that went missing on a table that I ordered about 20 months ago and they sent me a few replacements quicky, at no charge. As of that didn't impress me enough, they sent me Godiva chocolates as a thank you for my patience. I thought their service was highly responsive and quick before getting the chocolate! Top notch product and customer service exceeded my expectations!”

“I recently had an excellent experience with Nathan James. When I accidentally broke the glass globes in a light fixture I purchased from them, their team went above and beyond. As they don't offer replacement parts currently, they surprised me by sending an entirely new light fixture. Their generosity didn't stop there; they even followed up with a small gift of chocolates. I'm truly amazed by their exceptional customer service and will definitely make Nathan James my go-to for home shopping. Their attention to customers is outstanding, and I highly recommend them.”

“On top of the great design for affordable prices, it is so refreshing to get the level of customer service that Nathan James provided. After receiving an item that was slightly damaged, we called and were met with a helpful, pleasant and efficient representative who had a replacement sent out. We received the new piece less than a week later. We got a follow up email to make sure the replacement piece met expectations and i just received chocolates from them thanking us for our patience. Literally the best service I have ever seen. Congratulations Nathan James - not an easy task these days! You have a new loyal customer.”

“Ordered 2 nightstands. An hour into assembly realized it had the wrong parts. 2 bottoms and no top. So the top would be full of holes. Opened the second to check, same thing. Garbage. They’re sending 2 more but I have zero confidence they’ll be correct. So I’ll have a garbage can full with 4 Nathan James nightstands.”

“Just bought cabinets from Nathan James and they were perfect. I did have an issue with one of the items and they sent me a whole new one and a gift for the inconvenience. By far the best customer service I have ever seen”

“I'm so impressed Nathan James' products. They are thoughtfully designed and well-made and the prices are great! On top of that, their customer service is out of this world. I can't remember if I've ever received so much care and consideration from a company. I'm absolutely blown away, so I've been recommending them to everyone I know. There was a little problem with one of the shelves I received, so I emailed their customer service. I thought it would take at least several days for me to get any kind of response or assistance, so I left town for the rest of the week and didn't check my email. Claire had immediately responded, and made sure that the issue was resolved. I returned home from my trip to find a new replacement already at my door. Claire had done all the work for me, and I didn't have to go through call after call or email after email to get some kind of a resolution. Nathan James is a keeper for me, and I will continue to buy their products and support them.”

“It wasn't easy to find pendant lights for my new kitchen, so when I saw these at Nathan James, I ordered them right away. Shipping was quick and I was able to install them easily. I like that the height is adjustable, and the big glass domes make a nice statement. Among other things, I've worked as a professional photographer, so I took a couple of images of them in the new kitchen.”

“I did a Google search for stools for our island and Nathan James came up. They were new to me and when I saw the stools they had I was a happy customer. The stools are super comfy and look fantastic in our modern farmhouse kitchen. My husband and I are really happy with our purchase. Thank you, Nathan James, for carrying quality products!”

“This company’s customer service is absolutely fabulous! I had a problem with one of my cabinets and they immediately sent me a brand new one free of charge and did not require me to send the damaged one back. I highly recommend buying from their wonderful company!”
