“The quality of the items we ordered is great. The price was even better. My items arrived before the estimated date. When I needed to return a portion of my order (my own fault), it was SUPER simple and straightforward, just like they said. I will absolutely order from Nathan James again! 10 out of 10.”

“I absolutely love the end tables I ordered from this company. It’s the second order made and their products are well made, affordable and they are a joy to do business with. You will not be disappointed! Will definitely order from them again! p.s. one table came a day later than the other, but these things happen.”

“AMAZING products with equally AMAZING customer care! This company not only produces high end looking pieces at fair and reasonable pricing but it's customer service team is exceptional. I had one minor "hiccup" and contacted them via email. The communication was prompt and friendly and clearly geared toward complete customer satisfaction. Overall, efficient and nothing short of an extraordinary experience. Highly recommend this company and it's products. “Exceptional customer service! I had accidentally clean my sideboard cabinet with the wrong cleaner and it lead to the surfaces peeling. I reached out to their customer service for help and Claire went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only is the customer service great but the furniture has the same quality of some of the bigger name brands but for an affordable price! I look forward to purchasing more pieces in the future!”

“I bought one of the rolling bar carts for my wife. I always dread putting things like this together because of the sketchy directions written by someone who does not have English as their native language. Not only was your product extremely well made, but the instructions were understandable, clear and written with a sense of humor. Congratulations. Great product and obviously a great company. “I have been working as a designer and architect for decades, and I found the Nathen James products I ordered to be of very solid quality, and they were delivered quite promptly... Further, when I had an issue with a hardware packet that was missing from one of my items and called to get what I needed, they fixed the problem quickly and with follow-up. They stand behind their product, and that is critically important.”

“This desk is perfect for a small space. It is strong, comfortable, and sturdy. The two shelves are icing on the cake. It is get for adults and children. I don’t know how I lived without it.”

“I've only ordered once but it was a great experience. Price was great (6-tier ladder bookshelves) and was very good quality. Don't have any feedback on customer service as I never had to contact them, but delivery was pretty quick and communication was good. I'm a fan!”
