Nathan James & their team is absolutely amazing! I ordered 2 pieces. The sea grass wall book shelves & the sea grass arched tv console. I accidentally shipped the items to the wrong address & Amanda was an all star at assisting me. On top of the customer service being phenomenal, the products are SO GOOD TOO! 10/10

I had purchased a set of nightstands a while back and finally unpacked them to install; to my misfortune, one of the nightstands was missing a piece. I contacted customer support, and KC very quickly responded to me. They were extremely helpful in finding a solution to my missing parts problem, even with my particular model of nightstand being limited edition. This whole experience could have easily become a nightmare of frustration, but thanks to KC, it ended up being an incredibly positive one!

Super easy purchase. Shipping was smoking fast. Stools are good quality, sturdy, and look great. Easily assembled and make sure to wait to tighten everything once you get them together. This helps to prevent them being wobbly by cranking down one side unevenly. Here's the amazing part. When chairs arrived they had a couple little issues here and there. I reached out to customer service on a weekend when they were closed and they promptly returned a text on Monday morning as soon as they opened up. They were quick to figure out what the issue was and resolve it. I don't know if they do this for everyone but they sent me all new stuff at no charge and gave me an Amazon gift card for the hassle. I've never had a better experience with customer service of any business I've done business with.

Bought four Theo bookcases. The powder coat white is pretty fragile. Scratches easily. The shelf veneer is pretty nice. The single screws make it such that the carrying capacity is pretty small. The worst part of these are the stiles and mounting holes. The holes are blocked by the vertical stile of the shelf. That means you have to angle your screwdriver to put in the mounting screws. They even tell you this in the instructions instead of just fixing the problem. Except the plastic toggle drywall anchor they give you requires the screw to be put in straight. So you end up missing the far end of the anchor and the screw free spins in the wall. A right angle driver is the solution. This is a common problem in furniture and easily solved. It made a nice bookshelf really frustrating to install.

Ricardo was amazing, friendly, patient, and dutiful while helping us with our return issue. It was truly a wonderful experience. The furniture I bought a year ago has peeled because a piece of tape touched it. Either this table is cheaper than cheap or the material is defective or both. I explained to the company my cheap Walmart brand didn’t have the same reaction when I tested it. They didn’t want to honor their warranty because they claimed it was damaged and I explained a table should not peel with a small piece of gift tape and that means the table has poor quality and defective material. I wouldn’t recommend this company for furniture unless you want to end up with something useless and made with low quality paper materials. Please look at the material to see how poor quality it is. Stick with Walmart Better Homes and Garden brand—it will outlast this brand. I gave the company an opportunity to make this right and didn’t. They just blamed it on me but that doesn’t explain why my Walmart brand shelf didn’t have the same peeling.

The furniture dis not line up with what I saw in the picture. Very disappointed as it took me hours to put the units together and side by side they don’t look like a single unit as shown in the pictures. That being said, support was great in helping remedy a cracked drawer but the main issue was not fixed as I imagine there is no easy fix. Units are beautiful but don’t get mistaken into buying two thinking they will look like one single unit side by side as the pictures as misleading.

Be aware that the color of the Dark Acacia Boho cabinet is much lighter in person than what is shown in the pictures. Also the off gassing from the product once removed from packaging had me sick for 24 hours.

The chairs are absolutely beautiful and such good quality!! We had an issue where our package came with the wrong/missing part and it was so easy to get ahold of a customer service rep over text message. They were super nice and sent us a replacement chair immediately and didn’t require us to ship anything back!! 10/10 quality and customer service. I would purchase more furniture from here!

One of the worst purchasing experiences Ive ever had. The legs aren’t beats up and are worn out all over the place. The legs aren’t not the same length so the chairs wobble back and forth. On top of this I spent an hour assembling and resembling two of them, just to have to pack everything up and try and return them. Would’ve thought I spent $25 bucks on them not $250 each. The review won’t let me upload pictures of the marks and scratches all over this thing of course.

Nathan James’ customer service is beyond fabulous! I had a chair delivered which was damaged on arrival. Within a month, another one broke from the same order. The customer service rep, Ben was so kind and insured I had a wonderful replacement within days, communicated throughout the entire process, and even followed up after the parcel was received. I will always purchase future furniture items from this company…well done!!!
