“I’m writing this to give Nathan James an amazing customer happiness review. I ordered four Cohan counter height stools and the are beautiful! However, one had a damaged leg and I called to see if the leg could be replaced. I spoke to Amanda and she was so nice and promptly processed a replacement for me! I have never had such a pleasant interaction with customer service! She was so nice and committed to making sure customers are happy and satisfied! Thank you Nathan James for standing behind your products and for the beautiful quality of your items! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!”

“I ordered a set of rattan and metal club chairs made by Nathan James through Bed, Bath & Beyond. When the chairs arrived, the rattan on one of them had unraveled. I called the number on the paperwork that came with the chairs and got a REAL LIVE PERSON! I was shocked! No recordings! Anyhow, the gentleman was so helpful and knowledgeable about Natham James and their policies. He told me that he would have a replacement chair sent immediately and it arrived less than a week later. The chairs are gorgeous - I also bought the matching loveseat by Nathan James through BB&B. They look fabulous on our lanai! And if that weren't enough, they sent me a small box of chocolates to say thanks for my patience as they straightened out everything. It actually arrived on my birthday (today), so the thought was extra sweet! I plan on sticking with Nathan James. We'll be shopping for a sofa and chairs soon, and I wouldn't go anyplace else - not when you receive customer service like this! Bravo, Nathan James!”

“Nathan James has been the best to deal with during our house renovation. The Cohen stools are beautiful. Great quality for a great price. The customer service is the BEST! We had an issue with one of the stools and we were sent a replacement and multiple email check-ins from Esme. I will always shop here.”

“Waited 2 MONTHS for a buffet table that said was in stock. Once the shipment arrived I received duplicate parts and one missing critical part to assemble the piece. It’s sitting in a corner and I pray it doesn’t take another 2 months to deliver the missing piece of this garbage product. So frustrated!!!”

“I purchased the Wood & Rattan Large Console Table Oak. One thing that they do not mention on the description page is that this requires 4 HOURS of assembly. This is stated as soon as you open up the assembly instructions. The quality and process is exactly like IKEA. Definitely not worth the money or hassle. Very disappointed.”

Not only did they respond promptly to my initial email regarding missing parts and brackets for my bathroom hardware - I'm the one who lost those parts - but they also followed up diligently even after the delivery to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. “Great little sofa for my office. Very good quality for the price. I was particularly impressed by the quality/look of the wood legs. Shipping was super fast and the whole thing was fairly easy to put together, however, the instructions fail to mention you do need a screwdriver for the center support leg. All around, a simple, good piece of furniture!”

“I recently got couches for my new home and I had a very minor problem with one of them and I called costumer service and I cannot brag enough about how amazing their service was as well as the quality of everything that I have bought. I have gotten 2 couches, 3 barstools, a living room chair, a coffee table & a TV stand and everything has been so easy and fast to assemble!”

“This is my first experience with Nathan James and definitely won't be my last. They got exceptional customer service and amazing people working over there. I bought a table and had a minor issue with it. As soon as I told them about the issue, they helped me all the way to making sure that I received the replacement and making sure nothing was wrong with it. I dealt with Angel from customer service and she is by far the best customer service rep that I have experience. Trust me, I have bought from top brands with so called exceptional customer service. Thank you and hope to spread the word.”
