Customer service was outstanding! Short story is that I bought barstools that I really loved for a kitchen project we were working on. Unfortunately they did not look right once the project was finished, but I was beyond the “return” date with Amazon. Customer service through Nathan James was kind and very helpful and allowed me to pick a couple of items from the store to make up for some of the cost of the barstools. I am really happy with the items I got and feel that they were generous in allowing me this option. Several months later I received a small box of chocolates to thank me for my patience as they worked to make it right! Wow, very unexpected and thoughtful!
